Volunteers Needed!

We Need Shelter Volunteers, Foster Care Volunteers, and Bingo Volunteers

Because Almost Home is volunteer based, volunteers and fosters are a critical part of Almost Home. We are always happy to have new volunteers join the team!  Our volunteers range in age from 18 to 80. We are currently looking for additional volunteers to help at the shelter, for foster homes, and for bingo. You will make a huge difference in the lives of homeless and abandoned cats and kittens by joining our team!

If you have questions about any our our available kitties, or would like to apply for an adoption, please review our adoption policies, and visit us during our the adoption hours listed below.

Please note that our adoption hours vary. We are open for visits on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To ensure that visitors have adequate time to meet our cats, visitors are admitted until 4:15 p.m. 

Surrenders/Rescues

We are a limited-intake non-profit rescue and, regretfully, we do not always have space to accept new intakes. Please contact us via email at almosthomemanagement@gmail.com if you have questions regarding surrender.
